Classes are designed to help those with arthritis in a water exercise setting. Instructors are certified through the Arthritis Foundation. Classes are offered M/W/F 9am-10am, 10am-11am and 3pm-4pm. |

Water Exercise program that features fins, water walking, and toning exercises. This class meets on Tuesday and Thursday from 4pm-5pm. Participants will need to purchase their own fins. |

Swim Lessons

|
Y swim lessons will create a learning environment that will enable each participant to progress according to their age and/or skill level. This program will assist children in developing water safety skills and will improve their decision making around all aquatic environments. Instructors will be trained in the YMCA of the USA Swim Program curriculum and will teach with an emphasis on learning new skills in a fun, safe, and positive atmosphere.
Classes are divided by age as follows:
Parent/Child ages 6 months to 2 years
Pre School ages 3 to 5
Youth ages 6 and up

Winter Swim Team

The Y swim team program will provide each child the opportunity to participate in a structured, individualized competitive swim program. The program will be goal oriented with a focus on improving and developing swimming skills thru healthy competition. Qualified coaches will instruct and lead the program with an emphasis on refining individual stroke techniques.

Dates: September 12 - March 10

The Y after school program will provide a safe and nurturing environment by ensuring your child is in a familiar place supervised by familiar faces. Qualified staff will have regular contact with teachers and school personal that will assist your child in their educational development. The program will also benefit your child socially and emotionally by offering structured activities led by caring staff who will emphasize character development, and serve as mentor to your child. There will be a minimum of 1 staff person to every 12 children.

Cycle Pump

A high intensity workout that combines two classes. 30 minutes of spinning are performed followed by 30 minutes of Y-pump. Participants will be lead through the stationary bike techniques and continue with weighted bar aerobics techniques to get a total body workout. Class meets Mondays and Wednesdays at 4:00-4:30 in the spinning room and 4:30-5:00 in the multi-purpose room. Instructors: Cindy Hart and Lisa Old. |

Qualified fitness trainers will lead you through a one-on-one workout. You will get personal attention throughout each session to ensure you perform all exercises safely and effectively. Personal training incorporates weight training, aerobic conditioning, plyometric exercises and sports conditioning. Personal training sessions are designed to meet your goals and progressively increase your fitness level. Sessions are scheduled by appointment. Special low impact class designed to improve muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Looking for somewhere to have a birthday party this winter? Try our new indoor aquatic center. Each two hour party includes time in our party room for cake, ice cream, presents and more. Kids Night Out

Overdue on your date night? Just looking for a night off? On Friday, March 23 bring the kids to the YMCA for “Kids Night Out” and enjoy a relaxing evening on your own. Drop off begins at 5:00pm and participants must be picked up by 8:30pm. We will feed and entertain your child during those hours. Kids will be broken down into 3 age groups. 6 months - 3 years old will play and have fun in the nursery. 4-6 year olds will be in a group and 7 and up will be in a group. Registration fee includes pizza and drinks and some exciting YMCA games. Be sure to mark you calendar. Must be a YMCA member to participate. Must be registered by March 16th
