5000 sq ft area equipped with more than 35 cardiovascular pieces, full line of circuit weights and large dedicated space for free weights. Area is staffed at all times. Fitness Orientations and Assessments are available free of charge. Some additional fitness equipment is located on the same level as walking track. |

Center |
Main pool is 6 lanes and 25 yards. Additional pool features include 15 ft high water slide, zero depth entry, underwater therapy bench, water bubblers and spray feature. |
| Walking Track | Track is three lanes wide with a rubber surface. Track is elevated and overlooks fitness center and gymnasium. Thirteen laps equal one mile. |
| Gymnasium |
Wood surface used for basketball, volleyball and other court sports. Main basketball floor is approximately 80 feet in length. 6 basketball goals. |
| Wee Care Nursery | Large play area for children ages six months to seven years. There is no charge and is designed for use while parents are using facility. The nursery is open M-F 8 am-12 pm, M-Th 4 pm-8 pm and Sat 8 am- 11 am |
